I am based in the Nordic Arctic, but work globally.

In my work I combine not only futures studies and foresight, but also coaching mindset, positive psychology and nervous system awareness. I’m inspired by research covering eg. quantum physics, human mind, intuition, philosophy, cultural research, sustainability transformation and history.

I believe that we cannot create new futures with old ways of thinking, stuck in the past. For real change, we need to challenge both our thinking and the old narratives that tell us what’s possible.

I work in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and English. I’ve lived and worked in Latin America, so I can work in Spanish as well, though it’s been a few years!

Having worked with diverse groups across sectors and cultures, I have developed a strong ability to make complex futures and systemic challenges accessible, relevant, and actionable for different audiences.
