As a Futurist - Speaker - Strategic foresight expert - Futures coach I help audiences and organizations question what they take for granted, see change from new perspectives, and imagine futures beyond the obvious.

I am based in the Nordic Arctic, but work globally.

In my work I combine futures studies and foresight with coaching mindset. I’m inspired by research covering eg. philosophy, psychology, sustainability transformation, cultural studies and history.

I believe that we cannot create new futures with old ways of thinking. For real change, we need to challenge both our thinking and the old narratives that tell us what’s possible.

I work in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and English. I’ve lived and worked in Latin America as well, so I can work in Spanish too, though it’s been a few years!

Having worked with diverse groups across sectors and cultures, I have developed a strong ability to make complex futures and systemic challenges accessible, relevant, and actionable for different audiences.

I Help People See What Others Miss

  • I believe metathinking and questioning the prevailing narratves is more important than implementing foresight tools anyone can find online.

  • I love to inspire new thinking through keynote speeches and collaborative foresight processes.

  • I support to explore alternative futures and challenge taken-for-granted assumptions through scenarios and futures thinking.

  • One of the key topics I burn for is sustainability transformation vs. “green growth.” Exploring pathways beyond consumption-driven growth toward well-being of humans and the nature, and meaningful ways of living and working.

  • I help build strategies that remain relevant in a rapidly changing world.

  • I connect global phenomena and trends with local realities, culture, identity, and place.
