I am based in the Nordic Arctic, but work online globally.

In my work I combine not only futurology and foresight, but also solution focused coaching, positive psychology and nervous system awareness.

I believe that we cannot create new futures with old ways of thinking, with a body-mind stuck in the past, in fear and stress.

For real change, we need to slow down, challenge both our thinking and the old narratives that tell us what’s possible.

I work in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and English.
